Due to the demands of the job, NHS workers are at a much greater risk of experiencing mental health issues than most. They are also often the last people to recognise or admit they need help.

We created a cast of expressive characters called 'The Feelings' to highlight some of the red flags for poor mental health – delivered through a catchy (and sometimes comical) song.

The short animation ends by signposting the help available to healthcare professionals via charitable organisation, the Laura Hyde Foundation.
